Crystal Skull

"The crystal skulls are a number of human skull hardstone carvings made from clear or milky quartz rock, known in art history as "rock crystal", claimed to be pre-Columbian Mesoamerican artifacts by their alleged finders. However, none of the specimens made available for scientific study have been authenticated as pre-Columbian in origin. The results of these studies demonstrated that those examined were manufactured in the mid-19th century or later, almost certainly in Europe. Despite some claims presented in an assortment of popularizing literature, legends of crystal skulls with mystical powers do not figure in genuine Mesoamerican or other Native American mythologies and spiritual accounts."

If you have ever watched Indiana Jones 4 you will heard about it. As they say whoever possesses all of the 13 "Crystal Skulls" will behold the future and become "The Lord of The World" with the most miraculous power.

A legend of "Crystal Skull" existed long time ago and when British Museum has got one of them accidentally in 1898. This made a legend of Crystal skulls much more interesting especially when someone stared through inside the eye of skulls. He/She will be hypnotized and can't take his/her eye of it. So British Museum's security disallow everyone not to get in the room without permission.

No one know how the "Crystal Skull" came from but British Museum brought it from the "Tiffany Jewelry Store" long time ago. This "Crystal Skull" is believed to be the part of Aztec's civilization.

After that when the case of the first "Crystal Skull" is still mysterious. The second "Crystal Skull" was discovered by the daughter of the explorer name's "Anna Le Guillon Mitchell-Hedges".

The Scientist of British Museum examined the both of "Crystal Skull" and founded that the both "Crystal Skull" share the same character of physiology. In other words this two are a replica of the same woman's skull. Nowadays the scientist still found nothing about the intention of Crystal Skull's creation.

In recent year the scientist founded that the first "Crystal Skull" at British Museum is a fake because it just was made in the end of the 19th century. Different from the second and the third that must be at least came from 5,000 years ago.

Who know what will happen actually when all of the skulls are founded? This is still a mysterious legend until today.
